What this website does not do

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Fonts are stored on this server, so no data is sent to Google or other font services. There are no contact forms or user accounts.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Netlify processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and may process it in the USA; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Logs are deleted after a short period.

Videos (Vimeo)

Some project pages contain videos hosted by Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA. The video is only loaded when you press "Play". Until then, no data is sent to Vimeo. When you press play, Vimeo receives your IP address and technical data about your device and may set cookies. The player is embedded with Vimeo's "do not track" setting. Legal basis: your consent by pressing play, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. More information: vimeo.com/privacy.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, for example Instagram or press articles. No data is passed on until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the other website applies.

Email

If you write an email, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are not passed on. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Emails are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless they must be kept for legal reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
